These terms apply to Chickubo: Cozy Chicken Farm by NekoCode. On the title screen, check the agreement and select Play to accept these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Your rights under applicable law remain protected.
Using Chickubo
You may play for lawful, personal, non-commercial entertainment. Chickubo does not require a separate game account or email signup. If you are a minor, a parent or guardian should review these terms and authorize any purchases.
Game Content and Conduct
Game artwork, music, characters, design, and software are protected by the rights of NekoCode or their respective owners. Permission to play does not transfer ownership. Do not interfere with the game or compromise purchase systems. Nothing here limits uses permitted by applicable law.
Device and iCloud Saves
Your farm saves on this device and gameplay works offline. Supported iOS builds can sync a private, encrypted snapshot through the current Apple/iCloud account. Settings → iCloud Save shows availability, status, pause, conflict choices, and cloud deletion. Sync needs internet and is not instant or guaranteed. Simultaneous changes on different devices may require choosing a farm; balances are not merged. Check sync status before changing devices and contact support before resetting if recovery is needed.
Offline Progress
Offline progress is capped at eight hours and depends on supplies, capacity, and production limits. Features and game balance may change in updates. Operation is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.
Optional Purchases
TestFlight builds use Apple’s sandbox for purchase testing without real charges. Live paid checkout remains disabled during validation. When live purchases become available, Apple handles payment through the App Store; no Chickubo email signup is needed. Review the product description and localized store price before confirming. Purchases and recovery of unfinished payments require the relevant store services and internet access.
Farm Starter Offer
The limited Farm Starter offer includes one guaranteed Rare Barred Rock chicken, 10,000 coins, and 20 feed. It unlocks after your farm lays 25 eggs and you complete a sale and a feeding. The offer lasts 24 hours from unlocking and is available once per saved farm. Its countdown and claim are stored with the farm. An approved payment can finish delivery after the countdown ends.
Virtual Items and Random Rewards
Coins, gems, chickens, and other virtual items are for use in Chickubo, have no cash-redemption value, and cannot be sold or transferred outside the game. Purchased in-game currency does not expire. For random rewards, review the displayed probabilities and confirmation before spending virtual currency.
Purchase Recovery and Refunds
Restore checks unfinished App Store purchases. It does not grant already delivered or spent consumables again and does not recover a farm save. Remaining balances and delivery records belong to the saved farm; supported iCloud sync can carry that farm between devices. Keep your app data and receipt if items are missing. Refund eligibility follows applicable law and Apple policies; request an Apple refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
