Chickens Are Not Laying
Check that the chicken house has feed and water, and that there is room on its conveyor. Collect waiting eggs and refill supplies to keep your hens laying.
Save and Progress
Your farm saves on this device. On supported iOS builds, Settings → iCloud Save manages automatic sync with your current Apple/iCloud account, pause, conflict choices, and cloud deletion. Check its status before changing devices. Sync needs internet and available iCloud storage. Keep the game installed and contact support before resetting or reinstalling if you have a save problem.
No Email Account Needed
Use the Apple/iCloud account already on your device for supported cloud saves. App Store payments use the account selected for Media & Purchases, which can differ from your iCloud account. Chickubo does not ask for your Apple password or require an email code.
Purchases and Restore
TestFlight purchases use Apple’s sandbox without real charges; live paid checkout remains disabled during validation. Restore checks unfinished purchases in the App Store. Already delivered or spent consumables are not granted again. Their remaining balances and delivery records are part of your saved farm. If a payment belongs to a different farm, load that farm through iCloud or contact support with a redacted receipt.
Limited Offer
The Farm Starter offer gives a guaranteed Rare Barred Rock chicken, 10,000 coins, and 20 feed. It appears after 25 eggs are laid and you complete a sale and feeding. It lasts 24 hours and can be claimed once per saved farm. An approved payment can finish delivery after the countdown expires.
Privacy and Refunds
Delete iCloud save in the save screen affects the synced snapshot and pauses this device; local files and store records are separate. Pause other devices first. For NekoCode-held purchase-reporting or support records, email nekocode.dev@gmail.com. Apple refund requests use reportaproblem.apple.com.
Sound and Gentle Motion
Open Settings to adjust Music and Sound FX separately, mute effects, or turn on Gentle Motion. Notifications controls in-game notices.
Report a Problem
Email nekocode.dev@gmail.com with your device model, operating-system and game versions, what happened, and the steps that caused it. A redacted screenshot or receipt reference can help. Never include passwords or payment card details.
