- Safety or security concerns: use in-app reporting when available, or email nekocode.dev@gmail.com with FrendLyst in the subject.
Account Deletion
- In the FrendLyst app, open Settings and choose Delete Account to request account deletion.
- If you already uninstalled the app or cannot access your account, email nekocode.dev@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account and request FrendLyst account deletion.
- Some records may be retained where needed for legal compliance, safety, fraud prevention, chargebacks, accounting, backups, audit logs, or unresolved disputes.
Purchase Help
- Digital purchases and subscriptions are generally processed by Apple or Google.
- For refunds, subscription cancellation, or billing disputes, use the App Store or Google Play account tools first, then contact FrendLyst support if you need app-side help restoring access.
Safety Reports
- For content or account safety issues, use the in-app report and block controls where possible.
- Include your username, the other user or content involved, and a short description of the issue when contacting support by email.
